Jim and Shannon Dugan took over as co-managers for the kilns at Monocacy River Pottery in 2016. Between them, they have over 40 years of experience in ceramics and wood firing. During their 10 years together they have led hundreds of wood firings.

Both Jim and Shannon have distinctive styles to their work but share the same love for the process and hard work that wood firing brings.

Jim and Shannon reside in Baltimore, MD with their two children, Finn and Gregory.
